I'm usually a US size 6/8, 36C bra cup and I found the item to be a little bigger than i wanted. But then again, i did want it tight so I'm not sure how it was intended to fit. I'm still happy with the size, and I don't think that it's baggy on me at all (atleast while I'm wearing a bra).
